OVERVIEW

The global diabetes prevalence in 2019 is estimated to be 463 million people and expecting to rise to 578 million by 2030 which is 10.2% of world population. Diabetes does not kill but the complications do. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to serious complication such as heart attack, stroke, diabetic neuropathy (nerve’s damage), retinopathy (eye’s damage) and nephropathy (kidney’s damage). Out of these, diabetic neuropathy is the most common complication affecting 1 in every 2 patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. We use chromium polynicotinate from ChromeMate™ which is a niacin-bound chromium complex clinically proven to be 300% more bioavailable than chromium picolinate and 600% more bioavailable than chromium chloride. This is by far the best absorption form of chromium in the body that optimize blood sugar control.

2. PROTECT – against toxic glucose metabolites

Mecozin Cr + ALA Plus contains benfotiamine, a lipid-soluble derivative of vitamin B1 (thiamine) that is absorbed up to 3.6 times more than water-soluble forms and readily penetrates the nerve cells. Benfotiamine works well at decreasing the build-up of toxic glucose metabolites that can damage nerves. This action protects the nerve from further damage and thus at the same time relief nerve pain effectively.

3. REPAIR – damaged myelin sheath of nerve cells

Mecozin Cr + ALA Plus contains an optimal dose of Methylcobalamin (an active form of Vitamin B12) helps in the synthesis and protection of myelin sheaths of nerve, ensuring the correct and effective transmission of nerve flows.
